Notes on everyday help
Practical guides about companionship, care and getting things done with a little help.
How to make the most of a hospital companion
4 min read
Share the basics when you book: the hospital, the doctor or department, and the appointment time. Keep reports, prescriptions and ID together so your Buddy can help with check-in, token queues and paperwork without delays.
Tell your Buddy about anything that affects the visit, like mobility needs or how you'd like to get home. Your Buddy is there for company and practical help, not medical care, so keep your doctor as the person for medical questions.
Caring for parents from a distance

When you can't be there every day, regular company makes a real difference. A daily companion can join your parent for a walk, help around the house, run small errands or simply spend time with them.
If the visits are ongoing, a monthly plan keeps one dedicated Buddy coming back, so your parent sees a familiar face instead of someone new each time.
On the spot, pre-booked or monthly: which should you pick?
3 min read
Book on the spot when you need help right now, like a last-minute errand or an unexpected visit. Pre-book when you know the date and time in advance, such as a scheduled appointment.
Choose a monthly plan for help you need again and again. You get the same dedicated Buddy across visits, which builds trust and saves you from explaining things every time.
What "verified" means on Hepki

Before a Buddy can accept bookings, they complete identity verification and a background check. Ratings from real customers then show you how each Buddy has done on past bookings.
On every booking you can follow your Buddy's live location, and a shared OTP confirms their identity when they arrive. If anything doesn't feel right, contact support from the app.
